Coloring Books on Campus

An interesting trend on college campuses these days is making coloring books available to students to help them de-stress. I think it's wonderful that various universities are choosing to address stress and its negative effects (headaches, insomnia, poor digestion, high blood pressure, etc.) in a variety of creative ways.

Look Behind the Scenes at Designing My Coloring Book

While I was working on my coloring book, I often printed out some of the designs and quickly colored them in so I could get a feel for whether they might be fun and engrossing designs to color (or if they weren't!).  The above design is one of my favorites, although I should say it does appear in the book in a slightly more detailed version than the one above.
