Blue Igloo

I've been working on de-cluttering my office closet, and as difficult as it was to actually use my scrapbook papers, it was either that or (gasp!) recycle them. I have a tendency to keep them, pull them out every now and then, look at them, and then shove them back into the deep recesses of my closet. So, I've reworked my Blue Igloo shop and reopened it as a place to sell some little items like tags, mirrors, and magnets that I've created with those much-treasured papers. Happy New Year + Fun Font Discovery

Happy 2012 everyone! I am looking forward to this year and hoping it will be the best ever, both personally and professionally, and I extend that wish to all of you.

I also wanted to share a discovery Tim made over the weekend while poking around in the app store. He found iFontMaker, a font creation app for the iPad. You can literally create your own font and be using it in five minutes. I gave it a try and came up with the one you see in the graphic above by just using my finger and drawing the characters on the iPad. Next time I will give it a bit more thought and use a stylus, but it was still fun all the same.
